Warranty Policy

At Opolis, we’ve got your back, which is why your new favorite sunglasses or goggles are guaranteed against any defects in the materials or manufacturing one year on from the day you bought them.

Warranty is void without valid proof of purchase from an authorized Opolis Optics dealer or receipt. Warranty excludes product altered after purchase, damage caused by normal wear and tear including scratched lenses, and damage caused by any improper or unreasonable use.

To make a warranty claim during the warranty period, securely pack your Opolis Optics (Op# must be written on the outside of the shipping carton), along with original proof of purchase, information containing your name, return address, telephone number, and a brief note describing the damage to your Opolis Optics and how it was caused. Opolis Optics is not responsible for any loss or damage in transit; therefore we recommend that you use a shipper that will allow you to insure your eyewear.

Cleaning & Maintenance

Opolis sunglasses are sent with a special fabric case to protect your frames and lenses. To clean your lenses, we recommend gently rubbing them with a soap and water mix and then drying them with the fabric cloth supplied.

Lens Filter

Opolis sunglasses have a protection level of 3 when facing the sun -- and to make sure your new sunglasses are as rad as possible, the polarized lenses make sure reflective glare is eliminated so the you can see the world more clearly. Just don't stare directly at the sun, because that thing is too hot and way too bright.
